    Executive All LevelsPositive: As a listed company, it carries a strong reputation and gives the impression of stability and scale. Negative: However, there are ongoing management issues — the frequent hiring of high-level managers who lack the necessary experience has led to resource wastage. Decision-making often appears driven by internal politics and personal preferences rather than merit or strategy. There is no two-way evaluation system — only superiors assess the staff, but the superiors themselves are not held accountable despite underperforming. This creates an imbalanced and demotivating environment. The company tends to offer higher pay to external hires rather than recognizing and rewarding loyal internal staff, leading to low morale and a sense of undervaluation among existing employees.

    The challengesDealing with bosses who unable to provide clear direction and proper guidance but hammering for improvement. Not the right place for professional from well established background as you can’t sell your ideas but end up doing the same.

    Improvement for staff wellbeing

    The challengesNot enough parking space at the roadside. Need to park far from office & compete with other nearby company staff if you are late. Good side you don't need to exercise after work because you already have your brisk walk to the parking area.

    High Staff Turn Over
    The good thingssweat talks before join and commit something never be materialised
    The challenges1. High Turn over of employees due to operation management team not proper manage staff 2. Always receive employees complaint about their superior 3. Majority new comer will resign within a month and give a bad review 4. Very bad impression for new comer 5. New comer majority feedback that superior cant guide them

    The good things1. Colleague & boss that willing to show you the rope regarding the process of this environment. 2. Can learn new things in manufacturing line from handling people behavior to solving critical problem.
    The challenges1. To get cooperation from other departments is quite challenging. 2. Need have great social skills & communication skills. 3. Need to put up with customer demand (sometimes with impossible time line). 4. Be careful not to get on the bosses bad side.
