POOR MANAGEMENT AND UNHEALTHY WORKING ENVIRONMENTThe good thingsAs a fresh graduate, a lot of things can be learn but in your own way or by yourself. Colleagues a very friendly and quite helpful.
The challengesHonestly there are a lot of bad things than good. First, unhealthy/stressful working environment because of extra work loads, no training or guidance, the work flow is not systematic, working hours more than 8 hours (8am-7pm) without OT and the management dislike people who clock out early or sharp at 7pm. Public holiday given only 11 days and annual leave 8 days per year despite a very long working hours.
Next is poor management because they still stick to their old management ways and often neglect to new suggestion or improvement. Slow progress and a lot of defects for all projects because of poor training, poor coordination between the project team, improper work sequence, unskilled worker and lack of sources (machineries, materials and etc).
Many staff resigned within a year but management team have not taken a serious action on this matters seriously.
