Be prepared to work long hours in a tough environment. However, it is a good learning experience for fresh graduates who can handle the hardship
The good thingsPushes you to the limit and teaches you to solve problems on your own. Bosses will provide good opportunities if you are willing to work and learn. Good training for fresh graduates who can handle hardship and able to multitask.
The challengesEmployees need to be prepared of the working hours as there is little to no work life balance. Lack in management as there is no set management system on site.
