Good work life balance. Good enough as stepping stone but not quite enough for learning experience
The good thingsOffers opportunities for new teachers to teach
The challengesToxic work environment and lack of communication as well as support for teachers and students. New staff need to proactively ask in order to learn, as no proper guidance/mentoring will be provided.

Less than 1 year in the role, former employee
    Poor training provided and expectation
The good thingsThe food in cafetaria very nice and variation.
The challengesThe school should have a good system in bringing the teacher to teach in professional way. The evaluation of teaches should be evaluate from students and peers beside the supervisor. It will ensure fairness in the evaluation of performance of teacher. The evaluation of new teacher suggest to be prolong to a year to make sure a quality of a teacher remain in the school. Proposed that school encourage to accept a creative teaching method to bring the student in different learning.

9 to 10 years in the role, former employee
    Executive Secretary
The good thingsThe company pay the employees decently and give them good benefits. It's a work and life balance workplace. They have training programmes for employees to improve themselves always.
The challengesWeak organisational culture and leadership. The leaders are lacked of direction that lead the organisation to noway. There is no succession plan for the company. Fail to plan is planning to fail, the leaders always lack of proper long term planning and therefore this make employees feel no directive and sad sometimes.
