It will ensure fairness in the evaluation of performance of teacher. The evaluation of new teacher suggest to be prolong to a year to make sure a quality of a teacher remain in the school. Proposed that school encourage to accept a creative teaching method to bring the student in different learning.

Fail to plan is planning to fail, the leaders always lack of proper long term planning and therefore this make employees feel no directive and sad sometimes.
