Considerate employers and friendly colleagues

The good thingsMany things to learn here. You will start as a normal editor, gradually more responsibilities can be entrusted to you such as commissioning authors, creating a new series, handling higher level books etc. Work is repetitive but bearable because you'll handle several jobs at once. Trainings are given time to time. Very considerate bosses. Healthy environment for long term career growth.

The challengesLocation could be a turn off as not many food choices in this area, tho you can reach Sunway in a matter of two minutes. Cross department communication may be difficult at times, but just be nice and do your part well. Workload can be demanding according to season. But if you have any difficulty, bosses are willing to listen.
