    Enjoy working with previous management under the brand of SYABAS, where they value most of the employee especially non-executive.
    The good thingsGained knowledge and good experience in water industry.
    The challengesNew management under the brand of Pengurusan Air Selangor, that is not sincere with existing SYABAS staff. Most of the management team with lack of water industry knowledge and not capable handling the full scope of water business.

    Company with good working environment and work-life balance but lacking in HR related matters.
    The good thingsMulti-racial company with good working environment. Good facilities provided to the staff ie. gym, library and massage chair. Very good work-life balance for those with a young family
    The challengesOld-school management. Very limited opportunity for career advancement due to strict requirements for promotion. Management is more focused on elevating company's profile and public perception rather than addressing employees dissatisfaction on the benefits and compensation. Any complaints and dissatisfaction raised were brushed aside and HR department avoid taking any steps or initiative in addressing the those complaints and dissatisfaction.

    The good thingsThe benefit wise much more better than other company. In terms of, workstyle and environment its depends on which department you report. But in overall its flexible and tools provided are up to date.
    The challengesNo career development. Top Management just hiring a new people if they not satisfied. High turn around hiring when HR start implement the bell curve graph for performance appraisal.
