    CAREER DEVELOPMENT IS NOT FOR EVERYBODY
    The good thingsHealthcare, bonus every year, great teammates
    The challengesCareer development is not for everybody. A lot of staff that have been working for over 10 years but still in the same position, hence the salary increment is not reflect to work experience. The Management prefer to hire new staff (fresh grad) with higher salary instead promoting existing staff that have been loyal to the company for over 10 years. AND HORRIBLE BOSSES (CURRENTLY)
