What’s it like working at Perak College of Technology?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Perak College of Technology appreciate the teamwork and friendship among colleagues, as well as the friendly co-workers. The college's great location in the city centre is also seen as a positive. For those starting their careers, the college provides exposure, experience, and career development opportunities.

However, there are some potential challenges. Some employees find dealing with people's attitudes difficult, and there are concerns about the HR department not being friendly or accepting opinions. The high turnover of CEOs and frequent changes in strategies can make it challenging for employees to adapt. As a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), the workload can be high for certain staff, although this helps build independence and reliability. Employees are expected to be punctual in submitting work, and some concerns were raised about not having proper workstations, lack of parking facilities, and limited panel clinics. One reviewer mentioned below average salary as a challenge. Additionally, employees sometimes need to complete ad-hoc tasks in a short time, which can be challenging but helps enhance their ability to complete tasks.
