    The good thingsIncrease leadership role, teamwork and confidence level. Get to explore new knowledge on franchise industry and also franchise financing. Get involved on a lot of seminars and meetings that gave early exposure on the industry and build up confidence level.

    The good thingsPernas provided me with valuable learning experiences during my time here. The company's benefits is undeniably one of its strong point despite the low salary.
    The challengesThe absence of CEO and the recent changes in high-level management have resulted in a lack of clear direction and leadership at Pernas. Decisions made seems not for the best interest of the company or its employees. Political issues within the office have created a toxic work environment in Pernas that negatively impact employee's morale and productivity and have resulted in a significant increase in staff turnover. I genuinely hope that Pernas takes these concerns seriously and considers taking proactive steps to address the issues mentioned. It is essential for the company to restore a healthy work environment, ethical standards and effective governance to ensure its long-term success and retain valuable. employees.

    The good thingsWe learn new things and adapt the way forward of franchise financing. We too can learn of how to manage franchise business just like our taglibe goal ' Franchise For All'. Eventually the company provide the staff training of the job description and too learn how to be a franchise someday if we like to venture into franchise business.
    The challengesWe had to present any proposals requested from our proponents and to meet the dateline to submit the papers for presentation to top management. This way we have to learn how to present and be confident because by that self esteem the proposal could be approve by the management. We also have to achieve our KPI for collection,NPL rates and site visits.
