    The good thingsHigh productivity and able to learn new things every year. Fast phase working process everyday and every department follows tight SOPs that will ultimately make ones be a disciplined worker. Overall it was an awesome 6years working experience.

    The challengesTo do works at same level with 5 or more year Engineer. Weekend need to work and of course overtime too. Less payment for overtime. NO work-life balance. Job descriptions not constant.
