    The challenges-Openness and communication from senior leaders to the levels below are very limited. -Turnover in certain functions is very high, with frequent changes in personnel within a short period. You may need to cross-check when you received their job offers. -The number of leave days is below market practice.

There is a genuine spirit of cooperation and shared goals all revolving around helping each others. I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job. I work full-time on a flexible schedule and my boss trusts me to produce high quality work and results. I work hard to maintain that level of trust, which keeps me engaged and excited

    Overall a good company
    The good thingsAn expanding company. No restrictions on time arrival to work unlike some company force to hv punch in n out. Good environment and promote work-life balance. Opportunity to move among departments for better learning experience. Mother's room for pumping session.
    The challengesStarting salary for fresh grads is quite low. Benefits so so. Need to do annual review and fight for increment.
