    The good thingscontractual bonus fixed every year
    The challenges-Openness and communication from senior leaders to the levels below are very limited. -Turnover in certain functions is very high, with frequent changes in personnel within a short period. You may need to cross-check when you received their job offers. -The number of leave days is below market practice.

    The good thingsWork life balance as my post is home based.
    The challengesVery less opportunity to grow especially to a post like me, an contract staff. Bad commission scheme, every year will cut it. Superior/management only cover their side while issues happening.

    The good thingsMy supervisor was approachable and helpful. The whole team works like a family.
    The challengesIt was challenging working during MCO especially when you're new and just get to know the business operation. But as everyone was readily available it makes things easier.
