The Company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Pigeon Corporation, Japan which is listed on the Main Board of Tokyo Stock Exchange and is principally involved in distribution and wholesale of baby products under the brand name “Pigeon”. Since its acquisition, the Company has continued its growth and the brand “Pigeon” has developed a strong brand presence in Malaysia and also in other countries such as Singapore, China and the US.HistorySince it began, the Company has grown steadily and has a strong brand presence in more than 40 countries, with subsidiaries in Singapore, China and the US.
