    focus on loyalty over competency creates a stable but stagnant environment, rewarding tenure but discouraging innovation and excellence. quite imbalance risks longtem sustainability and quality output.
    The good thingsthey value loyalty, offering stability for long term staff. flexible breaks are tolerated for seniors.
    The challengesmany old timers lack skills but stay favoured. double standard - new hires work harder. seniors slack, take long lunches, or run errands on clock. talented people quit due to no growth. quality suffers, risks future.

    Learn a lot of things about the developer industry as well as buying a house process.
    The good thingsFlexible working hour, comfortable working area and good knowledge about the developer industry especially for the first-timer who want to purchase a house. Other than that, like other companies such as yearly bonuses and increments.
    The challengesDecision-making among top management always differs from each other. Therefore, the subordinate has no clear path toward the company's goal. The company is not really tech-savvy so some of the things need to be done manually.

    It was awesome to have internship here.
    The good thingsSenior and colleague willing to teach and provide knowledge. They do also provide covid test to every staff. Recommend any related field internship student can come here.
    The challengesWhen come to peak period, please do prepare that need OT, but I guess this is normal too every single company.

    The good thingsFull time instead of yearly contract basis Bonus by company instead by jmb/mc 5 days week instead 5.5/6days week Back on time instead often back late. High performing, team work, chance to get advise from other department under one roof (legal, project, main con and etc), strong support from PM HQ/centralise team.
