    The good thingsThe company provides opportunities to learn and are supportive towards initiative for self improvement in terms of knowledge and skills. The company also provides competitive benefits. The company are not so calculative in terms of working hours and are very understandable towards job loads or responsibilities.
    The challengesChallenges are various. Sometimes challenges we face are out of our control and vary from situations. Example weather, last minute coordination changes or problems and hiccups at work site. From time to time we have be prepare or predict to counter any possible problems.
