    Well balance of work and life.
    The good thingsGreat bonus, on time salary and fantastic allowances.
    The challengesGeneration gap, is quite obvious. Although it is not a problem now, but eventually its still need to be resolved.

    i was assigned to supervise general workers at site and reports daily progress to project manager.
    The good thingsi enjoyed working with the company because even it is a chinese company..the director and manager treat me well. since i am malay worker and most of them are chinese, they didnt seem racist towards me and other workers.
    The challengesi have to supervise general workers on site..since they are non-malay (foreigners) sometimes we had communication problems..

    Good but can even better
    The good thingsEmployer show patience, kindness and helpful toward others. The working environment was nice as everyone inside tend to interact with each other. The employer were responsible in their own working scope.
    The challengesThe challenging part is about the working scope were sometimes more than required. The responsibility were heavy as the employer expected us to perform well in the job scope.

    The good thingsThe SOP set up for the sales admin department is really an effective way of working and the management is really into the duly consent system. This made the job done with much efficient way and less time consuming. Great working environment within sales admin department
    The challengesThe property division should consider to stand alone with more knowledgeable and experience leader. Marketing is all about time to achieve the most market share when we need to launch a new project in the market. The dragging process and decisiveness of the Management decision may cause the loss out in market share
