    PLB Engineering Berhad as a group has progressed for more than 40 years since its humble beginnings in foundry and fabrication of machinery parts in 1973. Through Flexibility, Innovation, Teamwork and Engineering Expertise (FITE), the cornerstones of our foundation, we are in the position to meet challenges while seizing new opportunities for growth.In conjunction with our corporate expansionary exercise, the requirement for enlarged capital and to allow the participation of inventors and employees in the equity of the Group, PLB Engineering Berhad made its debut listing on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange Second Board in May 1998.As PLB Group moves forward, it is further distinguishing itself from competitors through the development and implementation of leading-edge technologies and construction methods that will allow it to better meet the needs of customers and society.

    i was assigned to supervise general workers at site and reports daily progress to project manager.
    The good thingsi enjoyed working with the company because even it is a chinese company..the director and manager treat me well. since i am malay worker and most of them are chinese, they didnt seem racist towards me and other workers.
    The challengesi have to supervise general workers on site..since they are non-malay (foreigners) sometimes we had communication problems..
