    A Friendly and Technologically Advanced Workplace
    The good thingsPlentisoft is a great company to work for. The colleagues are very friendly and create a positive working atmosphere. The company stays up to date with the latest technology, which allows for a more efficient and innovative work environment. The casual working environment allows for a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, making it a great place to work and grow professionally. Overall, Plentisoft is a great company with a positive atmosphere and a focus on progress and development.
    The challengesAt Plentisoft, the use of the latest technology is a strength, but employees will need to be proactive in staying up-to-date with the latest developments. This could involve continuously learning new systems and processes, attending training sessions, or seeking out resources and support from colleagues. However, for those who are willing to put in the effort, the rewards can be significant in terms of career growth and job satisfaction.

    Great place to learn new skills
    The good thingsPlenty of opportunity to learn new skills on the job. The skills I've gained at Plentisoft significantly boosted my career prospects and opened a number of doors for me. I also had the chance to work with one of the best managers I've had the pleasure to work under.

    The cons outweigh the positives
    The good thingsLearnt a lot here in regards to web development. Very handy for those with no experience who wants to learn full stack development. Friendly colleagues all around. Manage your own tasks every week.
    The challengesYou sink or you swim here. Little to no guidance is provided which becomes a trouble when you are expected to perform like a senior employee right away. Constant changes with the expected results of your tasks made things annoying here. There is also a lack of innovation here which gets boring quick. Size of the company is still at startup size (~8 employees discounting management) despite being here for a decade therefore not much growth for your career. Their management style leaves a lot to be desired but that's for you to experience it yourself.

    Good for a start but not for a stay
    The good thingsIf you do not have any copy writing or SEO experiences, then this company definitely offers you the exposure. The working environment is pretty flexible where you arrange your weekly tasks with your team and manage it on your own. And if you're an introverted person, I guess you'll like the quiet and independent environment. If you're good at your job, you get promoted fast, but it's a small to average sized company so growth isn't going to be much.
    The challengesThings just go stagnant after awhile. Tasks gets repetitive and the company doesn't really have the expertise and knowledge (and maybe a bit on guts) to venture and tryout different marketing strategies. You'll just do the same old stuff on and on. Probation and notice period is pretty long for a small company so read through your offer letter before you commit to the company. Not a huge fan of their management style either.

    The good things• fun, young, vibrant, and conducive workplace to work in • achievement and talent are valued and recognised • superiors and colleagues are supportive of your unconventional ideas and proposals • benefits offered are better than many other SME • kind, competent, intelligent, and dedicated group of colleagues for you to learn from
    The challengesjoining the company without relevant past experience was extremely challenging for me in the beginning, but the colleagues went out of their way to provide guidance and share knowledge without asking for anything in return. although you may be new, it’s highly unlikely for you to experience anyone talking down to you in this organisation, humility is widely practiced here. there are times when everyone is very driven and committed to their work so OT has been something inevitable. also due to the nature of the business - digital marketing. expect a bit of shift work once in awhile but trust me, the process is very rewarding working with a great team! sudden changes can be daunting at times but if you’re like me - someone who enjoys spontaneity, you’ll value the pace here a lot. in a way, you get to improve your efficiency too

    Amazing workplace with wonderful people
    The good thingsPlentisoft is an amazing company that has so many wonderful people. The workload is not too bad and the office has a very cozy feeling. I enjoyed coming to work everyday knowing that I'll be surrounded with amazing and wonderful work buddies. Work life is very balanced, we seldom get overtimes but we'd stay back at the office a little longer after hours just to chat before leaving. Overall, I really do enjoy working at Plentisoft.
    The challengesOne of the challenges for me is sometimes meeting deadlines, but as long as your work is done in an acceptable time frame; everything will be just fine.

    Changed My Life. Love the insights and sharing
    The good thingsWork is challenging but always supported. The RACI committee is outstanding way to help every staff organize and work towards our goal as a team. Team work is fantastic. I like the young and energetic vibe around everyone. Salary is what I expected. Ex-gratia mid year is helpful. Year end bonus is good too! We always share insights during Fridays and some of the insights changed my life on how I am moving forward with life. Totally appreciate it.
    The challengesWork is challenging, requires really good skill, good time management and strong planning. But that's really what I wanted. I am not the type that slack and dream during work. I am dynamic type, so I find it very interesting.

    Stressful and do expect a lot of changes going on
    The good thingsAble to learn new technologies not limited to programming but in server maintenance, debugging and database management, also exposure to other team such as sales, design and others which gives a bigger picture and understanding of the whole flow.
    The challengesStressful and quick paced with too much in too little time. There are constant changes which is overloading and the deadlines are not adjusted or reflected based on changes required. You are expected to crash and learn new things in short time to produce results with little to no guidance. A very biased management policy that favors certain employees.

    The good thingsAble to learn from different people that are not just within your field. Constant teaching to improve working attitude.
    The challengesManagement lacks exposure on how to properly manage and lead a team. There is no work as a team and fail as a team attitude. The culture doesn't follow the company values.

    Challenging work, well paid, huge bonuses!
    The good thingsVery talented, dedicated and professional colleagues. I learned a lot from them every day. Company does not limit what we can do and learn, so it's a good opportunity. When I started the pay is just normal, but after promotion, it starts to grow quickly. Not to mention bonuses and ex-gratia. Yes we get two bonuses every year, helps us save money for houses or cars. The learning and growing opportunities are great here too.
    The challengesChallenging work, and at times, tight deadline. But I can understand why we must work hard and chase targets, that's how the company would earn a profit and we get paid well for our hard work.
