The challengesjoining the company without relevant past experience was extremely challenging for me in the beginning, but the colleagues went out of their way to provide guidance and share knowledge without asking for anything in return. although you may be new, it’s highly unlikely for you to experience anyone talking down to you in this organisation, humility is widely practiced here.
there are times when everyone is very driven and committed to their work so OT has been something inevitable. also due to the nature of the business - digital marketing. expect a bit of shift work once in awhile but trust me, the process is very rewarding working with a great team!
sudden changes can be daunting at times but if you’re like me - someone who enjoys spontaneity, you’ll value the pace here a lot. in a way, you get to improve your efficiency too
