    The good thingsi like the environment, and my supportive boss. This is my first job, so my boss let me explore everything, like going to the site office at Nilai with minimal supervision. Where sometimes you have to deal with contractor or suppliers in order to get new hardware or software. Doing administration works like request for payment (RFP) and approval paper which is guided from my boss.
    The challengesI know the position requires dealing with customer issues and I am motivated to ensure our customers have all of their problems resolved because i need to achieved my KPI. During that time, I received 98% positive customer ratings.
