Good as a stepping stone, but not as a place to learn and challenge yourself. The days where Polar volume is high is over. Hence they are now just surviving on few projects. Yes it is sometimes relaxing, but you wont get much growth here. The good thingsCan be your everyday usual 8:30am to 5:30pm routine. Rarely need to be on standby during weekends. Very friendly technicians and operators. The director is actually approachable and friendly however you rarely interact with him.
The challengesPeople leave bad managers. No coaching, no value added official training. How are you suppose to work if your manager behave like "I know what to do, but I wont tell you" and he never tell you until the end (machine breakdown).
