The good thingsThe company provides comfortable office environment with ample pantry supplies for staff, contributing to a pleasant workplace atmosphere. Employees also benefit from a healthy work-life balance and ample parking facilities, making daily commuting and work experience convenient.
The challengesThe boss is extremely suspicious and does not like employees getting too close to each other or even having lunch together, as he fears they may talk about him behind his back. His level of suspicion is out of this world. Despite being a businessman, he expects to know every piece of office gossip and if you are not sharing information with him, he may accuse you of not being on his side or being untrustworthy. He also tends to make hurtful and demeaning remarks that undermine employees’ self-worth.
