    This place is ideal for those with straight A’s, but it also requires a 'yes-man' attitude and the ability to endure criticism so harsh it feels like it devalues you and your entire generation.
    The good thingsA typical day here involves logging in to work, reviewing and organizing tasks for the day, and then executing them. We also provide brief progress updates to our manager, usually on a daily basis, depending which department you're in. Management respects work-life balance and doesn’t disturb you on your days off or weekends. Salaries are fair, and the company is generous when it comes to providing food and snacks for staff. Compared to other companies, the colleagues here are much friendlier and easier to work with.
    The challengesManagement here places a strong emphasis on academic excellence, particularly favoring individuals with straight A’s, as the owner himself is a high academic achiever. To earn respect, it's important to present strong academic credentials otherwise, you will be undervalued during your time with the company no matter how good you are. The workplace itself is generally fine, but few employees act like spies in order to gain favor, reporting even the most trivial things to management. Management, in turn, is overly suspicious and seems to believe that everyone is out to harm them. The hardest part of the job is you need to perform your task following the old style way of the management which has proven not to work but they insist of still using that way.
