What’s it like working at Polymer Composite Asia?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Polymer Composite Asia appreciate the opportunities to learn about various aspects of the business, such as international concepts, design, materials, and manufacturing processes. They also value the supportive top management and the chance to work with multinational customers, experiencing multiple cultures. Additionally, the company's willingness to pay for overseas business trips is seen as a positive.

However, the work environment can be challenging, with employees needing to be independent and fast learners due to the fast-paced nature of the work. There are often tight deadlines and short lead times for completing projects, requiring employees to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. This workload can result in extremely long working hours, which can be stressful.

The good thingsYou can involve lots of international business concept. The customers are majority MNC, which you can enjoy multiple nation culture as well. The top management also very helpful to run the projects together with you and guide you.
The challengesShort lead time given to complete the projects, always need to spend more time on monitoring at site and production. Multitasking makes your hands and brain can not stop in one seconds. Stressful in time management.

The good thingsThe good thing I'm learn more about design, material, and manufacturing process that we use especially in fabricate structure and selection material such as stainless steel hair lines, steel ( galvanized steel ) and aluminum. Before start new project, we need to make prototype or sampling.
The challengesThe challenges is prepared the product according to the prescribed time for a given time only 2-3 weeks starting from design until production process. It will also take time to get materials in accordingly with the customer requirement
