Portland has since been established as a construction company under the style of Portland Arena Sdn Bhd to practice and undertake construction, renovation work and interior design consultancy services for educational institution, housing and commercial sector. Portland has been assessed and certified by Independent European Certification inrespect of our Quality Management System and meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 on 31st July 2008.
