    The good thingsThe work life balance in this company is awesome. The adventure implementing solutions for the customers is very interesting in a way you could learn how's the market in the Certification Authority (CA) in Malaysia evolved.

    The good thingsDigicert is a good company to enhanced your career development and the environment is excellent and everyone are very commit with their work task. The management are really good and supportive. you may feel that you work as a family with others and the development of your career are very good especially when you are trying to show your leadership skills.

It is depends on your self on how you are try to minimize the challenges. for Digicert, sometimes your supervisor may need to give you empowerment which you may tend to wrong decision. but at the end, you are learning fast in order to lead your team.
