    The good thingsMid-lower level colleagues are friendly and helpful. That's all.
    The challengesLack of trust between management and employees. Typical Cinaman company - Poor H&S caring, Poor staff benefits, and Poor treatment of staff. Penalizing > Encouragement / Incentivise No bonus for sales team - Management justification: Sales team got incentive Whereas, incentives can never be achieved. You may enjoy the most farewell lunch in your entire life. Ultra high employees turn over rate. Minimum employee's benefits - AL / MC / Ph (mostly minimum requirement) Unreasonable tasks / timeline. Never compliance to government H&S rules during COVID pandamic
