    The challengesDalam bidang penyelenggaraan, salah satu perkara yang saya tidak suka ialah apabila peralatan rosak secara mengejut tanpa sebarang tanda awal. Keadaan ini boleh menyebabkan gangguan kepada operasi dan memerlukan tindakan segera dalam tempoh masa yang terhad. Walaupun saya sedar cabaran ini adalah sebahagian daripada tugas sebagai juruteknik, saya lebih gemar jika terdapat sistem pemantauan awal supaya kerosakan dapat dikesan lebih awal dan kerja penyelenggaraan boleh dijalankan dengan lebih terancang.

    The good thingsWhat I like the most about working here is the sense of purpose and contribution to society. Being part of an organization like Prasarana, I feel proud knowing that our work directly improves the public transportation system and the daily lives of thousands of Malaysians. I also appreciate the structured environment, job stability, and the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds. The teamwork culture and support from colleagues make the work experience more meaningful.
    The challengesOne of the main challenges I face is the slow decision-making process in certain departments. While I understand that procedures must be followed, at times it delays progress, especially when quick action is needed. Another challenge is the limited opportunities for fast career progression unless you are in a key or specialized role. However, I treat these as opportunities to improve my patience, adaptability, and communication with different levels of the organization.

    The good thingsa lot of things you can learn either in operational in the railway system. everybody willing to teach you if you want to know anything about the operation. It is a very supportive environment with easygoing people around you. majority of their worker are very loyal to the company so they gain a lot of experience through years they work. Flexible working hours for you, so you do not need to rush every morning just for a punch card. Good benefit for you especially those who have own family. Free to use public transport as long you work here.
    The challengesIf you are still young, it is a bit challenging for you cause they do not trust the youngster to do a job even if you are an engineer cause for them experience is more powerful than a degree. Your future depends on your boss, if they are good and kind then your future will be bright but if not then you will know what will happen in your career development. You cannot bypass your boss in terms of position level even though you are good enough. you are expected to reply even if you are on holiday. A lot of reasons and excuses for a claim.
