    I have been the Executive Chef for the last 15 years. I have more than 25 years of experience working in the hotel industry which provided me exposure to different cuisines and challenged my skills to cater for international and corporate clients who visit the hotel. My main expertise is in French cuisine which I later developed into modern fusion using Asian and Chinese techniques and flavors

    Internship in the purchasing department for 3 months here was great!
    The good thingsEveryone in the hotel is friendly, helpful and show a lot in working in a team. Applause to my previous opportunity working in Purchasing department where everyone are so helpful and willing to teach me a lot about purchasing.
    The challengesMaybe part of when the hotel only limit the intake of employee that wearing hijab. Please wide the chance for people who wearing hijab to have a chance to work there. Every hotel should have done this. This will encourage those who wearing hijab to show off their talent to work harder.

    The good thingsSeniors and management are cooperative and giving guidance to new staff. Feedback on what is right and wrong on doing things.
    The challengesStressful working conditions. Guest were to demanding. Room organization are not being placed well. Lack of communication and understanding between departments.
