    Special Officer
    May 2026
Tanjung Malim Perak2 to 3 years in the role, former employee
Important to verify responsibilities carefully and not depend on promises
The good thingsgood place to learn
The challengesThe Special Officer title can be misleading. The role is largely administrative and operates more as a PA to a China boss. There is a noticeable mismatch between the job title and daily responsibilities. Recommend candidates to ask detailed questions and understand the real expectations before joining.

Tanjung Malim Perak9 to 10 years in the role, current employee
Newcomers have to demand on salary and do not expect for high yearly bonus
The good thingsWorking environment Good colleague
The challengesThe salary of senior executive/engineer is lower than market value salary. High pace on KPI target demand from management. Multitasking is advantage
