Important to verify responsibilities carefully and not depend on promises
The good thingsgood place to learn
The challengesThe Special Officer title can be misleading. The role is largely administrative and operates more as a PA to a China boss. There is a noticeable mismatch between the job title and daily responsibilities. Recommend candidates to ask detailed questions and understand the real expectations before joining.

I enjoy the positive work culture and team environment, despite a layered & inefficient structure.
The good thingsI enjoy the working environment and friends, lots of event for employee engagement.
The challengesThe organization has too many hierarchical layers, then HOD/managers mainly pass down info instead of taking ownership. Executives end up handling most of the actual work. Also, workload not tally with the salary compensation.
