The good thingsProudly Malaysian, Globally Inspired - It represents Malaysia's engineering ambition and innovation spirit. It's an icon, blending local craftsmanship with global technology through its partnership with Geely.
The challengesCustomer service and after-sales quality need greater consistency across all outlets. Proton must continue rebuilding brand perception. Continuous communication, highlighting safety, innovation, and Malaysian craftsmanship - through strong marketing and owner engagement can refresh the brand image.

The culture in proton very supportive too build their career development. An engineer will learn theoretically and hands on simultaneously. It is fast learning process. In term benefit, proton amount the best company that take care their employees. Enjoy
The challengesThe challenge you might face its how too develop a good car ( durables and realable). You have to do market survey , what trend nowdays people most like car specifications. Including stlying, moden future, advance technology, material technology and so on. You have too think , how can you develop a car with 5 star Asian crash test. The challeges when safety and economic aspectswor work together.
