    Toxic culture , lack of ethical and proper communication only to result employees demoralization
    The good thingsWorking with the project teams from different departments as the collaborative vibe and cooperation is great. Team work is great when shared what is the end game or goal wanting to achieve for as long as there's transparency among each other
    The challengesManagement can use brain and have tolerance especially patience with reasonable expectations and not to expect nor demand changes within a day or two. Despite the evolution of AI and technology advancement - working with human requires empathy by listening; not hearing. Culture that encourages harsh, toughness and negativity will only results short terms wins which is why quality of deliverables in projects are poor and constantly re-looked into again and again.

    My job is to automate underwriting assessment as much as possible to increase underwriting efficiency. This includes risk assessment in terms of medical, financial, regulatory rule and company rules.

    The challengesThe rejections from people outside there if you want them to understand the importance of insurance and takaful to be a life support in their life is tough !And if your family dont support so much your career in insurance business,it is quite challenging too because you need to prove them first than you can be successful in this career choice!

    The good thingsThe working environment is nice and very conducive. Tho, there might be some tight datelines to meet and it might be stressful for some of the people but that what makes you keep your work fast and steady pace. I was in compliance department and it had really taught me a great deal and an eye-opener for a new and fresh graduates like me.
    The challengesI did not have or overcome any difficulties during my internship period. The supervisors are very helpful, perhaps the departments are very helpful and they will help and guide you for the things that you ask and if you do not know some things, they will enlighten the matter for you.

Even though somehow, there is a bit tension to handle few things but I love the life balance between work and fun. This company truly appreciate staffs where a lot of activities for staffs, salary and the benefist that I think not all companies in Malaysia can provide.
