    The good thingsYou can learn multiple cultures in prudential contact center, PACS as we are like 1 malaysia with different languages, races and cultures.

    It's a very good working environment especially for those who love challenges working in a huge company.
    The good thingsI would like to recommend young candidate especially fresh graduates to join this company and gain knowledge here.You may not just gain knowledge about insurance industry, you also will gain extra knowledge about working attitude, stress management, time management and the best part is, if you perform very well, no doubt you will be one of the leaders that will lead a small team. Just do your best!
    The challengesEvery job in this world will have pros and cons. It up to us how we want to adapt it. Being on this company, you may need to work before sunrise and go back to work after sunrise but if you take this as a challenge, you will enjoy it time by time. Due to quite number of work load, so, overtime is required. Not to worry, you will be paid and the figure sometimes are marvellous!

    Moderately Attractive Growing Opportunity
    The good thingsStaffs here are friendly and willing to help at all time without hesitation. Senior employees are equipped with abundant knowledge about the work and product and show capability to perform excellently. Excellent working life balance whereby staffs are able to enjoy themselves to the fullest after working hours.
    The challengesJobscope can be relatively boring and characterized with dullness as the tasks performed are irrelevant with the qualifications. New hires are not given much authority in performing challenging works and only assigned to perform simple tasks at all time. Besides that, there is lack of mentorship between the new hires and senior employees which indicating less opportunity to excel further.

    The good thingsAnnual bonus is considerably fine and the other employee benefit is also reasonably acceptable during my tenure there.
    The challenges1. Management is poor. Those hold management title from Singapore is totally not understand how the work is done here, but act elegance and not keeping promise. 2. Employee career development is very bad due to poor senior management. 3. Recently knew that the salary increment is very bad. This make the image of this company begin to break.
