    The challengesWork load is high but still manageable but the work become unbearable with manager that dont have compassion. Make you feel like slaves under instruction.

    The challengesManagers expect trainee staff to know more than them and get angry if you dont meet their ridiculous expectations. Teribble work life balance and almost no chance to advance your career or self improvement.
