    Good place to earn money.
    The good thingsMedical coverage is good and entitle for 24 days annual leave even for newbies. The commission and incentive are high if you are performing. Colleagues are friendly and helpful.
    The challengesThe sales target is high and managers always push you to the limit. No work life balance as need to work during weekends if your manager assign you to join roadshow. No allowances given even you work during weekends. Managers always consider commission=allowance
