if you not married yet and you are in this bank , you are still lucky , leave now , you only live once .
The good thingsno commission . but basic pay is acceptable
The challengeswork life balance 404 error not found . never listen employees opinion , those high pay management role at hq only care about themselves and giving unrealistic kpi for branches plus micro management from the superior , the staff turnover rate is high and they are highly lack of staff right now , so meaning existing staff will have more burden to cover up the short fall

Fresh graduate dont come here, not worth your time. The outside world is more interesting.
The good thingsGood staff medical benefits and nice bonus. Mind you the outside world there is more interesting rather than stuck here in this old school organization just for the sake of money.
The challengesToxic management. Depends on which department/team you are selected into. Poor office setup for a high profit bank. Worst facilities for staff (pantry, toilet..) Need to have strong mental to work longer here especially with micromanage manager.

Good working environment, good benefits but staff career advancement is not looked into. Clerical staff with degree not upgaded. Only their kind is taken care of. Very sad...older superiors were better, very fair.

So Far So Good and that's it
The good thingsi've been working here for 1 year and unfortunately its management advise for me to depart from the company. Enjoy working environment but very strict on achievement especially when youre working in sales line

Heavy workload with a lot of manual tasks and no teamwork
The good thingsGood performance bonus awarded to whoever meets assigned target.
The challengesThe staffs are not cooperative, lack of teamwork. Like to blame each other on mistakes instead of collaborating together to solve problems. Seniors are complacent, reluctant to learn new things and not productive. Management is not friendly that results in autocratic environment that is not feasible to work with.

The good thingsGood benefit and package. If you are looking for a company to work until retirement.
The challengesSince the turnover is low, this situation makes the company hierarchy higher. The competition among colleagues in same team or department will be a issue for non-perfomer.
