    High Expectation from Staff to Deliver
    The good thingsHigh perks, good benefit, 2 months bonus plus performance bonus. Those in sales may get up to 24 months for performance if exceed target unexpectedly high for consecutive months.
    The challengesStressful, one staff equivalent to 3 staff works. Expectation to work late eg 9pm daily (without OT) even during weekends and public holidays. Need to clear workloads within the stipulated time frame.
