    Decent benefits but horrible IT
The good thingsGood perks and remuneration package. Bonus and increment are pretty decent, 6 months bonus is not a dream.
The challengesOutdated IT. I wouldn’t know that their IT system is left so far behind until I joined another corporation. Please bring in those powerful and basic software which are used by most corporation nowadays i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Teams so that the work can be more efficient.

Good benefit but no work life balance
The good thingsGood pay, increment and benefits. Average 5 months bonus but still have to depend on the branch’s performance.
The challengesNo work life balance. Most of the things have to be done manually which is unproductive. Working with a bunch of ‘tai chi master’.
