    A good start for fresh graduate but not to stay long.
    The good thingsStaff Medical Benefit, Low rate of car and housing loan.
    The challengesNo work life balance, 12 hours working per day is still not satisfied (no overtime claim). Forces by management to work on public holiday and Saturday. Lots of paper work. Poor Management and System.
