    The challengesNot support work life balance contribute employee to work with stressful environment. Upper level management keep on pushing figure, even your target is achieved, they not satisfied enough. Working hours 8.45am to 5.45pm is not enough. Actual working hours is 7.30am until 10.00pm. The company still with traditional practices, still rely on paper based documentation and manual work, lack of automation in processing.

    Fulfilling but not satisfying, space for improvement
    The good thingsWide job scope provide wide learning areas. Employees are given the chance to explore from sales to back office tasks. Connections. Strong existing customer base provide good platform to widen human relationships. Company reputation serves as a good tool to explore new customer base. Knowledge for daily usage. Provides basic legal knowledge and vast financial planning knowledge for daily usage.
    The challengesLong working hours. 0845 to 1745 on paper, but actual timing depends. Company culture promotes long working hour with discouraged Overtime payout. Job specification is not clear. Each employee is required to cover almost all job specification. Poor usage of resources especially technical resources. Discourage usage of computers/internet resources for work purpose. Servers are not up-to-date and not being very responsive.
