    A place where those skilled in office politics or naturally charismatic will thrive.
    The good thingsIt’s a very fast-paced environment where time passes quickly and there are plenty of opportunities. If you’re capable, the founder can promote you quickly with significant salary increases. No two days are the same, as there are many groups of companies. You can switch departments or move into different roles if you’re open to new challenges.
    The challengesMinimum leave compared to other company. Lateness of a few minutes will result in salary deductions and not all PH are applicable. New employees may encounter challenges with long term senior staff. The workplace culture is favouritism based, where career progression and salary increments depend heavily on personal rapport and visibility. Employees who won favouristism may experience faster promotions and higher salary increment while others may have slower growth and lower increments if they are less recognised.

    dont try this company, they will squeeze till u die.
    The good thingsthey have a wash room , aircond , free wifi. no career advancement, no room to grow, no training , no standard procedure. your are the cleaner , u have to wash the toilet , sweep & mop the floor , throw the garbage. after cleaning you have to serve customer. super multitasking.
    The challengesno standard procedure, worst management which is no standard at all, the so call benefits is worst, they will last min call u back to office to work even is public holiday with no early announcement for you to prepare, you hit target they will suddenly forfeit with just a simple mistake which caused by no standard procedure . when you feedback the issue hope management will do improvement but they just ignore. your effort will never be recognize , low pay , worst benefit , dont ever come to this company. what can you learn at this company is , you have to do all jobs with no standard procedure and no guidance , when you did wrong they will just blame you. please if you have better choice dont waste your time at this company , learn nothing , working hour start 9pm but they wan you to be at the branch 845, 6pm off work , but overtime start calculate at 630pm hahaha ridiculous.
