    Good for fresh grads to gain experience, but explore better opportunities if you have them.
    The good thingsI was able to learn new things. The staff and boss are friendly
    The challengesThe salary is too low for the amount of workload. Limited career growth Not eligible for OT claims. Limited benefits. I believe medical coverage is not really a benefit.

    The challengesCovid 19 hit the hotel industry and we have to do a lot of work such as clearing all of food and beverage item in the hotel room, work in other outlets in order to minimise manpower.

    The challengesPoor management in terms of company structure and old school way of doing things. Lack of focus in the direction they would want to head to. Salary wise is alright but benefits could be way better as they are giving out what was given to employees 10 or 15 years ago.

    The challengesNo overtime, no benefits, extra work less worker, in one month's I work there I see 3 sous chef resigne, lots of commis came and go. If you work in a place that have new hire turnovers so hight and the resignation also a lot that's the bad place to work
