    Micromanage the staff
The good thingsEnjoy teaching the students, very friendly colleagues (teachers)
The challengesManagement, particularly the administrative team, tends to practice excessive micromanagement. This often creates mixed feelings and emotional pressure among teachers. Even minor matters, such as praying or chattings, are closely monitored and controlled. As long as teachers are performing their duties effectively and meeting work expectations, such detailed control over their movements and daily behavior is unnecessary and may negatively impact morale and professionalism. Teachers are sometimes required to teach subjects outside their area of expertise due to management instructions, which may negatively affect teaching quality and student learning.

The good thingsbest colleagues (the teachers) and students. i love being able to teach the students and seeing how receptive they are
The challengesworst management ever. micromanaging all the way and limited trust in staff. even simple matters required approval, making the work environment feel very constrained

    Review for PTIU
The good thingsThe staff are very friendly, and you will always feel welcomed by their hospitality. The working environment are also very cozy, and you will have no trouble in finding help as well as teaching materials here (We have to prepare our own teaching materials, but the computers and internet that they provided are a great help). Plus, there are food during lunch and dinner time for the staff.
The challengesThe salary for part timers is quite low, and sometimes there are some slacks in the management that is not really a professional things to do. Although the working hours is fine for full timers, but is it quite exhausting for part timers.
