    The challengesManagement, particularly the administrative team, tends to practice excessive micromanagement. This often creates mixed feelings and emotional pressure among teachers. Even minor matters, such as praying or chattings, are closely monitored and controlled. As long as teachers are performing their duties effectively and meeting work expectations, such detailed control over their movements and daily behavior is unnecessary and may negatively impact morale and professionalism.
