Great opportunity to learn and progress
The good thingsOpportunity to work with talented professionals and amazing directors and partners; Able to progress to next career level quickly with good performance; Exposure to cross border projects and large multinational clients; Great HR and IT support
The challengesDue to the nature of the job which is driven by deals - there is pressure to perform and complete deliverables within a short time frame; Can be tiring due to expectation to manage deliverables, external and internal stakeholders while adhering to strict deadlines

The challengesNo one will guide you, only ask u to refer to last year's working paper. Giving new joiners to do audits 2 funds or more without guidance

Lack of concern on their interns.
The good thingsGood company brand name
The challengesThe manager and seniors did not take care of their interns. For instance, didnt not provide necessary explanation on task given, expect you to do it yourself & working till late even for CNY period.

    Challenging but worth it!
The good thingsI am in the Financial Services industry which is one of the challenging industry to be participated in. The exposure while working in PwC is very valuable and relevant to me. The People Committee with the tagline #FSJAGAFS gives positive impact to me especially while working from home, in which the People Committee keep providing support to the staff in the department by supplying emotional support and material things (i.e token, care pack etc). The Company itself provides up-to-date information and relevant regulations that may impact to our auditing process throughout this tough covid-19 outbreak time.
The challengesAs expected, the job scope as an auditor is challenging enough for a person to carry on but the keys are to keep learning and improving.

Slightly better than other big 4
The good thingsMonetary: They provide more general claims. Non-monetary: Being auditor can learn more on other companies' management. Also, it helps to solidify your accounting understandings.
The challengesMonetary: The salary is not as reasonable as the pressure given. Promotions very limited and increment is not as much. Non-monetary: Some upper rank managements can be bossy and selfish. OT leave is very limited to claim though the hours spent is too much.

One of the best places to work in Malaysia
The good thingsMy internship experience with PwC Malaysia was indeed one of a kind. The people that i worked with were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a very conducive environment to work in as people of all levels were able to interact well with one another and at the same time remain professional. They highly appreciate your opinions and would actively involve you in the process of conducting the project, which has allowed me to gain a wide array of experience despite working for a short four months only.
The challengesThere isn't anything that i dislike about when working in PwC Malaysia
