    PWN Excellent a Great Company.
The good thingsPWN Excellence give me a real life AW139 Bell Helicopter experience through the simulator that they have. As a Simulator Support Engineer Trainee I do learn a lot on how to manage the simulator component and system. You will be exposed to the simulator system from hardware to software management. As a trainee also I was exposed on how to perform a equipment testing, system trouble shooting and fixing simulator snag in short period time. PWN Excellence also give the opportunity to develop self confident and refining interpersonal skills.
The challengesThe challenges is getting a position as a staff at PWN Excellence as it is a quite small company. Thus, getting a permanent job here can be quite challenging.

    Outstanding opportunity offered
The good thingsGood exposure given in terms of opportunity, trust and treatment. The environment is conducive, colleagues are very welcoming and anticipating to one and another. Had good times while serving to the company as an intern/trainee. Took part in several events, resulting to a stronger bonding among workers. And had good times in learning new things : hands-on training as a scheduler.
The challengesOne of the challenges is to live your employee expectation in whatever your are doing. To be given a job task is an act of responsibility in how you deal with it. Working as an individual and group is vital and essential in increasing the productivity of your working skills. And to be a part of the team as a young trainee, it eaches me a lot in so many ways in improving my teamwork spirit.

The good thingsA well maintained environment of workplace. Comfortable to work at. Good progress build up for any new employee.
The challengesHave to deal with Canadian 3rd party vendor (Timing), difficult to negotiate in solving problem. Demotivated due to not being paid well, plus no benifits given to 1 year contract staffs.
