    Outdated Technology, High Employee Turnover.
    The good thingsMany things to learn. Many opportunities for cross train.
    The challengesHeavy workload, OT after 7pm and 6/7 day working is expected. Many experienced people left, causing quality issue. Management expect new employees to complete everything NOW. Meeting, Meeting, Meeting and Meetings. Facilities, equipment and softwares is old and outdated. Many chemicals and loud noise in production. No parking space, and no parking fee subsidi. No canteen during MCO, and no meal subsidy. You only get bonus after working for 1.5 years.
