    The challengesHigh turnover rate due to poor management. Political issue among the colleagues and management team. Work/life is not balance, lack of experienced worker. Too much unsolved issue, and firefighting in daily job!

    The good thingsFriendly, supportive production team. Willing to teach.
    The challengesNo work life balance. Management only focus on output and not interested in improving infrastructure. Planning kept on change time to time. Production need to handle everything (e.g- trainer, planner,QA etc.) Fresh graduate can work to gain production experience but experience supervisor who worked at mnc company a bit hard to faced this kind of environment, maybe those seriously looking for job can try here.

    The challengesI didn't enjoy at 2007 the lot workers not flowing the company rules and team work also poor some operater are not giving 100/.

    The good thingsMany things to learn. Many opportunities for cross train.
    The challengesHeavy workload, OT after 7pm and 6/7 day working is expected. Many experienced people left, causing quality issue. Management expect new employees to complete everything NOW. Meeting, Meeting, Meeting and Meetings. Facilities, equipment and softwares is old and outdated. Many chemicals and loud noise in production. No parking space, and no parking fee subsidi. No canteen during MCO, and no meal subsidy. You only get bonus after working for 1.5 years.

    The good thingsGood thing is you get to encounter many production issues everyday which give you a great experience regarding trouble shooting if you are keen to learn and self-motivated when comes to asking question to your supervisor. A good place to learn if you are interested on manufacturing industry.
    The challengesThe working vibe is very stressful and sometime you have to do tasks which are unrelated to your profession. Therefore, you might not have a very good career development. Poor coordination between department as there are many people who always put the blame on others. They don't see each other as comrades but enemy. Unhealthy workplace relationship.

    Training ground for self development
    The good thingsIt can be a good training ground for fresh graduates/ employees who wish to seek for self improvement & development.
    The challengesAlthough it is a good training ground, you must learn to endure and adapt the working culture here. IMHO, hope the management and working culture here can be improve. It lack of spirit of corporation between management level and subordinate...If management level would like to change/ adopt a more systematic culture, corporate well or work out together with subordinate, I believe potential candidate will be more motivated & willing to grow together with the company instead of take it as training ground (stepping stone).

    The good thingsNo strict hierarchy where you are able to talk to senior managers, CEO and Directors and share your ideas. Flexible working hours and good training provided. Good atmosphere and people there are generally friendly. Efficient use of tools for managers and employees. Great medical benefits.
