    The good thingsFriendly, supportive production team. Willing to teach.
    The challengesNo work life balance. Management only focus on output and not interested in improving infrastructure. Planning kept on change time to time. Production need to handle everything (e.g- trainer, planner,QA etc.) Fresh graduate can work to gain production experience but experience supervisor who worked at mnc company a bit hard to faced this kind of environment, maybe those seriously looking for job can try here.

    I already did work in Qdos as a operater in lamination
    The good thingsI enjoy the company rules or regulations and discipline team work lots of things to enjoyed in the company
    The challengesI didn't enjoy at 2007 the lot workers not flowing the company rules and team work also poor some operater are not giving 100/.
